Once you try this sandwich you’ll never go back.

1. In a large bowl add your flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp pepper. Stir to combine.
2. In a large pan heat about 1 cup of oil to 375 degrees.
3. Toss your onions in your flour until well coated. Working in 2 batches fry your onions until golden brown. Set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
4. Lightly toast your rolls. While they cook, stir together your mayonnaise and horseradish until it’s a well mixed sauce.
5. Finally put it all together!! Start by layer a dollop of mayo on each piece of bread and a tiny bit of Dijon mustard. Then put down a few slices of roast beef and top with your fried onions. Add the top piece of bread and slice in half!
6. Serve with your favorite chips - we love salt and vinegar - and enjoy!
