Leftover Remix Fall Veggie Pizza

1. Remove dough from fridge and place in a large bowl, let come to room temp for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees with pizza stone or pan in the oven.
3. Take a piece of parchment paper slightly larger than your stone or pan and lay it on the counter. Lightly dust with flour and turn out your pizza dough. Roll into a circle the size of your pan.
4. Place a ladle of your sauce in the center and gently work around the pizza, leaving an edge for the crust.
5. Next, layer on your shredded mozzarella cheese followed by your roasted vegetables & chicken sausage. Be generous!!
6. Finally sprinkle some of your four cheese blend.
7. Carefully remove your pan from the oven and place your pizza - on the parchment - on top. Put it back in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until your crust is golden brown and cheese nice and bubbly.
8. Serve and enjoy!!
