If your goal is to skip the drive thru more this year then you NEED this recipe! For 4 wraps you’ll need: Olive oil 5 oz spinach 1/2 tsp onion powder 8 egg whites 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 1/2 tbsp milk Oil spray 2 @josephs lavash wraps, cut in half 1/2 cup sliced sun dried tomatoes 4ish tbsp crumbled feta cheese 1. In a saute pan add a sprinkle of olive and let heat. Add in your spinach and onion powder and cook until wilted. Remove and set on a paper towel to cool. 2. Separate your eggs, leaving just the whites in a medium bowl. Add in garlic powder, salt, mustard and milk and whisk until well combined. 3. Heat your pan over medium heat and spray with oil spray. Add in your egg whites and begin to cook, gently pushing the eggs to the middle to allow all to fully set. When there is little uncooked white left, cover and let cook 2 minutes. Remove the lid, remove from heat and set aside. 4. To assemble, place down one 1/2 sheet of lavash. Place 1/4 of the cooked egg in the center, add some spinach, a bit of sun-dried tomato and a sprinkle of the feta cheese. 5. Carefully fold the bottom up and then fold in the sides until the wrap is formed. Cook immediately or wrap in plastic and refrigerate for up to 4 days. 6. To cook, spray your air fryer basket or a baking sheet with oil spray. Air fry for 5 minutes at 375 degrees. You can also toast or bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. 7. Serve and enjoy at home or wrap in some parchment and take it on the go! Hot tip: to take it up a notch add prosciutto to your wrap! #easyrecipes #momlife #cookingathome #momoftwo #easymeals
