Another summer weekend, another delicious mocktail! This recipe features white cranberry juice paired with berry wild juice and homemade thyme simple syrup, topped with light ginger beer for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink.
To make thyme simple syrup: bring 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and a bunch of thyme sprigs to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool. This syrup lasts 1 month in the fridge.
For the mocktail: Combine 1 cup white cranberry juice, 1/2 cup Revl fruits berry wild juice (or a mixed berry juice), and 2 tbsp thyme simple syrup in a measuring cup or shaker. Stir until combined. Add in the 6.8oz bottle of light ginger beer. Serve over ice and enjoy!
