BBQ Chicken French Bread Pizza

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a large bowl combine your shredded chicken with the 1/2 cup bbq sauce, the garlic powder and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Cut your loaf in half length wise and then again across, so you have 4 pieces of bread. Scoop out a bit of the filling to hollow out the bread a bit.
4. Place 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and 2tbsp bbq sauce onto each piece of bread. Spread evenly, making sure the sliced are well coated.
5. Layer on some mozzarella and then cheddar cheese. Next add your chicken, about 1/2 a cup to each piece, and your sliced onion. Finally, top with some extra cheese, a sprinkle of garlic powder and the remaining BBQ sauce (a little extra never hurt anyone).
6. Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melty and bread is golden brown.
7. Sprinkle with the fresh cilantro and scallions, serve and enjoy!
