If you like spicy, delicious and healthy meals that take no time to make, this Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is the perfect meal for you! It's dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, serving 2 to 4 people.
1. Cut your cauliflower into small florets and place in a medium bowl.
2. In a small bowl whisk your egg, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp paprika. Add to your cauliflower and toss until coated.
3. In another medium bowl combine flour and the remaining seasoning. Place your cauliflower into the flour and toss to coat. (Don’t pour the cauliflower in or you’ll have all the extra egg mixture soak up the flour.)
4. Place a fine mesh strainer over your empty egg bowl and place your floured cauliflower in - shake until all excess flour is removed.
5. Spray your air fryer basket with oil spray. Add in your cauliflower and spray with oil again.
6. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. While the cauliflower cooks make your sauce. In a small saucepan melt your butter, then add your hot sauce and whisk until combined. Turn off the heat and set aside.
8. When cauliflower is ready, place in a mixing bowl and top with sauce. Toss until fully coated.
9. Serve immediately topped with some of the yogurt, scallions and dill.
